Inside the Gene Keys Cheatsheet, you’ll find a breakdown of the labels for each of the major components of a gene key, including:
The Siddhi — the energy pattern you naturally experience when you embody the gift and let go of the shadow patterns consistently. It’s the highest expression of what we have the capacity to be as human beings and souls. It’s us operating at our most pure, authentic, connected, and whole selves when we’re detached from fear.
The Gift — it’s the energy pattern that, once embodied, will help you neutralize the shadow fear pattern within you. Think of this as the remedy to reprogram your learned survival patterns and embody greater trust, openness, vulnerability, authenticity, resilience, and creativity… all things needed to thrive.
The Shadow — it’s the energy pattern that’s always rooted in fear, mental projection, societal/cultural conditioning, and primitive survival instincts. It exists to protect you, but is currently limiting you as an evolved being who is striving for more than just survival.
The Repressive Nature — it’s the behavioral expression of the shadow pattern that is most common when an individual is repressing information due to fear (more related to a freeze/fawn survival response in the body).
The Reactive Nature — it’s the behavioral expression of the shadow pattern that is most common when an individual is reacting to information due to fear (more related to a fight/flight survival response in the body).
Dilemma — it’s the particular challenge or focus that plays a key role in helping you evolve from living primarily in the shadow to living primarily in the gift of that gene key.
Energy Center — (based on the Human Design interpretation the chakra system) it’s one of nine energetic centers in the body that correlates to the gene key pattern; in other words, that gene key pattern stems from that energy center and will therefore block or open energy flowing through the body.
Head Center: governs mental inspiration and pressure
Ajna Center: governs intellectual processing and analysis
Throat Center: governs communication and manifestation
G-Center: governs identity and direction
Ego Center: governs willpower and self-worth
Spleen Center: governs intuition, instinct, health, and well-being
Sacral Center: governs life force energy, creativity, and sexuality
Solar Plexus Center: governs emotional intelligence and flow
Root Center: governs stress, adrenaline, and connection to others/world
Remember, self-awareness is KEY to this process. Having a go-to list of the words to label and understand yourself and your life experience is the ultimate tool to help you master your mind, body, and results!
