Toolkit: Archetype Atlas
An atlas of all 64 gene keys, defining the primal survival response (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) and specific Survival Archetype they correspond to. Use for "Path 2" of the Connect the Dots Method.

Definition
The Archetype Atlas is a collection of all 64 gene keys sorted by the overarching primal survival responses they’re associated with (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) and further sorted into related Survival Archetypes (The Overachiever, The Perfectionist, The Victim, etc.). It’s meant to help you define your behavior expression to then explore the specific gene keys that are at the root of that behavior.
Application
Use the Archetype Atlas when you’re following Path 2 of the CTD Method. As a reminder, this path is for anyone who wants to use the 8 Survival Archetypes as their guidance system to find clarity, retrain survival patterns, and thrive as opposed to your personal Gene Keys profile. Because the 8 Survival Archetypes are based upon proven behavioral and psychological themes in human nature, this is a primarily scientific path to revealing and retraining your patterns with less of a spiritual focus.
Depending on your Survival Archetype, you’ll consult the Archetype Atlas to see the gene keys that are often associated with that survival response behavior. Using your intuition, choose the gene key that has a “shadow” word that most accurately reflects what you’re experiencing or feeling within you. You’ll follow the steps of the CTD Method (Part 2) to work with that gene key and transform your nervous system to create the changes you’re ready for.
NOTE: If there is more than one word that describes what you’re experiencing, take inventory of how each of those shadow words relate to what you’re going through. Whichever seems to have more of an emotional or energetic charge to it, choose that gene key to work with moving forward.
